The job interview in an ad-hoc style felt spontaneous and unstructured, with questions flowing naturally rather than following a strict format. It allowed for a more conversational tone but required quick thinking and adaptability.
The overall process took me 2 months. 1 phone call interview, 2 online interview and 1 psychometric assessment.
Even I passed all the interviews and assessment. They just said they will not hire Junior role(And they decided just 1 day after my final interview).
Think twice before applying for the role. They will freeze and stop at any time.
