Initial communication was very responsive. Had to re-arranged a few times with last minute cancellations. Different Interviewers showed up from what was confirmed on email resulting in confusion and awkward introductions. Interview process went well, interviewers were friendly and approachable. Following the interview, I have repeatedly asked for feedback and next steps and after 1.5month I received a blank email that there was no offer. No feedback is provided even though I requested twice and no more communication from HR. I can accept my application was unsuccessful but the lack of communication shows lack of respect and empathy to people. So a bit of a relief on how things turned up to be honest.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macquarie Group (Sydney) in Feb 2019
Interview
Online examination followed by phone screening and then lastly two interviews alongside verification testing. Tough case scenario question was in the last interview. Interview panel was warm and welcoming.
