It was a pretty simple and straightforward process. I went to the store and spoke with the manager and gave her my resume and she called me the next day to interview.
In person interview with store manager. Basic interview questions about leadership. I was an internal hire so it was pretty easy. I knew the store manager and worked with him on a daily basis as a supervisor.
