Interview
Applied for a sales associate position and called back 2 days later. Sat with one manager to talk about my retail experience and once i mentioned that I had worked in shoes before she immediately stopped the interview and brought someone else in (another manager). The next person asked me a few questions about previous retail experience and scenario questions and experience in shoes. Very easy process and quick took less than 1 hour. Everyone was pleasant and answered my questions. Next day i received a call with an offer.
