I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Madison Square Garden in Mar 2016
Interview
First, was screened by HR - brief and very positive, said I would hear back about a follow up interview the following week. Heard nothing two weeks later, checked in and they said they were behind. Received a rejection email two days later and was then called the following week claiming that it was a mistake and they did want to interview me and asked if I could come to NYC by the end of the week for an in person interview with my potential supervisor. The day before the interview in the late afternoon I was notified that I no longer had to come in and instead I would be doing a phone interview. The phone interview was rushed and extremely short and I felt it was pointless because it seemed they already had hired someone by the disinterest in the interviewers voice.
Two rounds — one with recruiter and one with hiring manager. Fairly easy; more just questions about your resume and elaborating on experiences. Also behavioral questions, specifically on communication and teamwork style.
