In the group interview, there was only 2 other people being interviewed. My interview was at 11:30 am, the earlier you go, the more crowded it is. The group interview before mine had about 10-15 people in it. As long as you answer confidentally (and answer all, even if youre not the first to answer, don't be the last) you'll have a positive response. Make sure your answers are realistic, but optimistic. For example, one questiom was "how well do you work under pressure?" Don't say you won't think there will be pressure or you can't feel it because that will be a lie. They don't want someone who will be in shock whem they see hundreds of people on line wanting ro buy food before the intermission is over. Say you thrive under pressure if you do or that you're great at multitasking.
In the solo imterview, I went to a cubicle office and was asked general questions (tell me about your self) and things on your resume. It went quick, but if you're nervous, a good tip is to make conversation before hand or ask them questions you're genuinely curious about.
They offered me tho position and sent me an email a few days later for an electronic signature basically saying that by signing and passing/completeing the new workers orientation, background screening and drug test, you got the job.
Side note for the drug test, I was nervous because there was a little something in my system and I thought the test would be the week of the interview. It takes place in about 3 weeks. I'm not sure if all will be like this, but just take precaution.
The interview itself was about an hour, but they warned that it can possibly be up to three hours.
