I applied for the fall position and got a phone call about 3 weeks later. I met with someone in HR. Very nice woman and professional. She asked me simple questions. Towards the end of the interview I was told that "The positions aren't available yet but when they are (in two weeks) we will call you for your background check and drug testing. She gave me her phone number and email address to contact her if I needed anything. That left me in a great mood thinking I was getting a position. Needless to say, I never got a phone call and my emails and phone calls were not returned.

The interview went very well - however, I did not hear back with my decline from the program for months, and only after I began reaching out again to the hiring managers for further word. This was after my interviewer very casually mentioned multiple times that I would be going on to the next round. Very weird process, and did not feel as professional as it could have.
