I applied in March 2018, the process took 3+ months. In June, I received an initial offer to do a phone interview with HR. The HR rep then asks you what departments you'd be interested in and sends out your resume to those hiring managers. From there, the hiring managers decide if they would like to interview you for the second round. About a month later I received an offer to do a second round interview with one of my chosen departments. The day after, I received a phone call from the original HR rep to accept/deny the offer. It definitely was a long process, but the interviews are very conversational and not hard hitting questions.
Two rounds — one with recruiter and one with hiring manager. Fairly easy; more just questions about your resume and elaborating on experiences. Also behavioral questions, specifically on communication and teamwork style.
