Interview
Applied online on their website. Was contacted by HR representative the next morning to set up a phone interview for the following week. Phone interview lasted about 20 minutes.
I was sent an automated email a week later saying they decided to go forward with other candidates.
I emailed the HR representative who conducted my first interview for feedback. She gave me a very generic response that said they were looking for people with a "background in theatre". They were either sending a prewritten message or didn't listen to me at all in my interview as I spoke extensively about my experiences in theatre.
Other than that, it was a fine experience.
