Interview
I applied for this position online. Within three days I received a phone call requesting an interview. I went on a Friday. Once I got to the entrance of the designated interview area I was checked in by security and allowed to go inside. I was greeted by a woman sitting at a table. She handed me a clipboard with the printed application that I had submitted online and was handed an additional sheet inquiring availability. After I completed it I returned the clipboard to her and waited for my name to be called. My name was finally called and I was first interviewed by one of their supervisors. The interview was not too rigorous the questions were simple. (What does teamwork mean to me, The importance of punctuality, and my work history) And I was given the nod for an immediate second interview. I was told to go back to the sitting area and waited for my name to be called. When they did I was interviewed by on of the HR managers. We discussed what was talked about in the first interview. And was asked when was there a challenging time I've had in my cashier experience and how did I handle it ? Then a job offer was extended to me and I happily accepted.
