Group interview mill interviews by floor supervisors. Very publc run of the mill bulk interview. You can tell the were interview at least 300 people a day. The questions were typical in that they were not specific to what the work experience would be like at the Garden. Overall the position is for a new untrained recent gradute of a bartending school, not a seasoned professional bartender.

The biggest challenge was to find the link to the company, when I applied I had to fill a questionarire of about 100 question, and some of them were hard to answer; after a week and a half I received a call from HR and set me with an interview face to face. When you arrive there will be a big room, filled with about 10 tables, and on each table theres a person from HR interviewing individualy... you will have to fill some paperwork, and asked to be seated. please be very carefull, because when the HR comes for you, he will inmedietally start a friendly conversation, but actually right there, at that moment is when the interview started ( hes testing YOU) he invited me to sit down, and continued the conversation, I kept my composure... and at the end of that "friendly conversation" we discussed my experience, and hired me at the spot!!! afterwards I proceed to a second interview ( even that I was already hired) and the lady asked me, what was discussed at my previous interview, and what the guy SAIDDD!!! shortly she offered me the position, and signed some paperwork.. just waiting for my orientation day

I applied online on the MSG website for a bartender position and after about two weeks, I was invited to interview. There were about 20 people there for interviews and several of us were hired as bartenders.
