The interview process was immeasurably boring and an utter waste of time for me. It's like they hurriedly Googled "Interview Questions" literally 30 minutes before the interview, because those were some of the most mundane and idiotic questions I've heard in a long time from interviewers. And since I've heard these redundant questions before, I easily sailed through and they seemed to be impressed. 🙄 One week passes by and they get back to me to schedule a couple more round of interviews. I breeze through those as well (since they keep phrasing the same questions differently) as they schedule me to meet with a handful of other nobodies. I eventually finish up the interviews with whatever dullards they decided for me to meet with and they all have the same glimmer in their eyes as if this is our guy. They said they'll get back to me ASAP... Two weeks goes by... Three weeks goes by... After about a month I decide to email the only contact I had for HR. No response for days. I bump up the email saying that I'll give it one last try. Later on that day, I get a call saying to hold on and they will have a decision very soon. I tell them to please make it quick, it's been more than a month, the opportunity cost for me alone is not even worth it anymore. Another week goes by and I call them and guess what they tell me....
