Interview
I applied online and was referred through a friend of mine that works at MSG. After that I had an initial phone screen and then I was invited to come to the job Fair. There was a big fair that MSG hosted in the Westchester County Center, allowing for interviews for numerous candidates for all sorts of positions. At first it can seem a bit intimidating being surrounded by hundreds of candidates interviewing for the same position you are but if you just stay confident, honest and have well thought-out answers then you'll do just fine. I interviewed with about 5 different individuals all separately and at different tables. You are surrounded by other candidates that are interviewing as well.
