I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Madwire (Fort Collins, CO) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was weirdly long winded and the hiring manager seemed to be distracted most of the interview. I was seemingly over qualified for the position and they did not prepare me for how under-qualified my peers would be.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What has been the single most difficult client I've ever had?
It was a pretty lengthy application process. There were two personality tests, a somewhat long written application, a one-way interview, then a final zoom interview. I was bummed I didn't make it past the final round but will apply for more positions in the future.
