The interview process consisted of a 15-30 minute phone screen with the recruiter where I just gave an overview of my background and they asked a few questions. At the end of the call, the recruiter said that they'll speak with the hiring manager and get back in touch with me regarding their decision about next steps. I received a call by the next day being invited to the interview. The recruiter gave me an overview of how the interview would be (format) and who would be at the interview. We scheduled the interview for the following week. I had a panel interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. I received an email saying that I've made it to the third round which was an interview with the VP of HR. I had an interview with the VP of HR, which was more of getting to know each other and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the team. About a week later I was given a job offer.
