Thorough and two rounds of interview. One was 15 min long the other was 30 min. Depends on who interviews you but overall pretty simple and make sure to have some sort of basis to talk about.

Went great, easy not difficult at all. It was only interview and lasted about 15 minutes. Explained how the restaurant works and what hosting duties would intel. Met with AGM and GM and was hired on spot.

I interviewed with "O.T." (?). Very rushed and did not care about my qualifications, only availability. Might have been racist. Called me by the wrong name as if it was not on the paper in front of him. Asked intrusive questions about why I was leaving my current job. While I waited 30 mins to be interviewed, I heard him get a bit rude with customer on the phone, and from his end of the call, I could tell it was a minor issue that I would have handled much better had I been the host.
