Interview was pretty smooth, you go through either 2-3 interviews each time with a different manager. They ask questions based off knowledge on wine pairing and skills along with experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What wine would you pair a ribeye steak with?
And what would you pair a salmon with?
Great questions, easy process. Communication with managers was easy. Had 2 interviews which I thought was a green flag means they’re selective on who they bring to the team. Questions about experience, food and wine knowledge but they also try to dig into personality and hospitality
I applied online. I interviewed at Maggiano's (Houston, TX) in Apr 2024
