Magic Ears ESL Teacher interview questions

Odd! I applied and interviewed and no one ever got back to me. Oddly, what I have been reading is that Magic Ears DOES NOT HIRE BLACK PEOPLE. It's has been noted all over Facebook, Twitter, and several other social media platform. Reading more about this company is that they only hire WHITE people only, which if that was the case...my guess being bi-racial I was not going to be hired because the fact there is a hint of black in me. I would guess the hiring committee was quick not to reply. Where they read this or not, the company should take notice that it has been known to hire WHITE people only. Also, it known they do not hire actual teacher, such as myself who is a certificated teacher in the United States in Texas, which is the hardest certification's to get USA. Again, I am starting to understand why they did not get back to me at all because they saw a bi-racial women...AKA they enforce the 1% rule....if a drop of you is black....YOU ARE BLACK AND NASTY! If they are wanting an ALL WHITE PLATFORM, there are plenty of places in American they can reach out.

Interview consists of a 5 minute Q&A, 8 minute demo class, and 5 minute feedback. I heard back from my interviewer hearing that I passed immediately after my demo. The trainings and trial class both took about a month from my interview to complete. This included the background check which took about a week to hear back from.
