You initially speak to the HR Manager, she goes over the company's history and work culture. If you're a good fit for the overall company, you are invited for a face-to-face interview with the dept manager and regional manager. If you meet their expectations, you're asked to come back for a third interview with two other managers to see if you'll "fit in".

Their interview process is pretty long. You do a first interview over the phone then a face-to-face interview with manager of the department, then a 2nd interview with the Director. Each interview is about 1 hour long.
