Pros

Great. I worked with all sincerity ,honestly and I left a trademark worthy for emulation. Impacted alot, brought innovative ideas,creative and technology knowledge to advance workforce. I respect value over money and it made me work with all my heart.

Cons

There are room for more improvement and no knowledge is a waste hence you want a change. Maintenance is a culture and not when needed.
