Met with partner for about an hour. Try to get to know you and your skill sets. Salary structure is a bit ambiguous. High billable requirements. Downtown location is very convenient. Nice building setup. Appeared they will allow control over case load. Various types of cases and law practiced. Salary is below average for a large law firm but typical for insurance defense. Seemed there was high turnover at the firm.

Initial interview with supervising attorney, followed by a second interview with managing partner. The interview process was straightforward. Questions regarding experience and desire for growth. They seem sincere in wanting to find someone who would be the right fit.
