Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP interview questions

I was introduced by a recruiter. First round was on Zoom, lots of technical questions. Both ladies I interviewed with were nice. Pretty formal interview, it is a law firm. Second interview was in person at their DTLA location. They were 10-15 mins late to the interview and seemed pretty unprepared. One of the interviewers left mid interview to handle a phone call, which is fine but threw me off. Before I left I was told that they just started second round interviews and that I would get an answer in 2-4 weeks but was told they were moving a different direction the next day. Asked for feedback and the recruiter said they had none.

very good process and thoughtful. a few rounds of interviews. questions were to the point. the interview rounds included being interviewed by partners, who were open to questions as well.
