The interview process is very haphazard. You interview with the partner and associates that you will be working with, should you get the job. If you are successful in the interview, they bring you back for a second interview. This interview is with one of the main partners and is to discuss salary and bonus. If you make it back for the second interview, you basically have the position, as long as you do not mess up the second interview.
