When you receive the email application, complete and return to personnel.
A short telephone/screening interview is conducted and then you are invited to the personnel office to take a short employment test. You then speak to an interviewer and are likely offered a position in the next training class if you've made it to that point.

Called over phone and asked a few questions. Came in for short interview. No background checks. Was offered job same day. Very short. Very unprofessional. I started that following Monday for a week long training.

Interview was quick and painless. There is a phone "interview" to pretty much ask what type of hours you are looking for and when you can come in. Dress business professional. When you get there you will take a spelling and typing test and fill out availability. PUT YOUR ACTUAL AVAILABILITY. YOU CANT CHANGE IT ONCE you're hired it's pretty much set in stone. Show up on time and you'll be fine
