I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MarketSource (Alpharetta, GA) in Jul 2017
Interview
The process was pretty standard: phone interview, face to face interview with team managers, then face to face interview with director of recruiting. The phone interview, for me at least, was only 2 or 3 questions, and then I was asked to come in for a face to face interview the next day. That interview was maybe 30 minutes long, and we mostly just talked about the job, I was told a bit about the managers and how they got started in recruiting, and then we just talked a bit. The face to face interview with the director was literally only about 5 minutes long or so, and it was mostly to reinforce whether or not I felt the job was right for me. I wasn't asked any questions in this portion of the interview, it was mostly just to chat a bit more.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MarketSource (Alpharetta, GA)
Interview
Two different recruiters reached out to me on two different occasions. On one of the occasions I made it to the second round of interviews. I thought i interviewed well because the director said he will definitely reach out to me on friday.Of course no one reached out and the recruiter couldn't even have the decency to respond back to my email about final decisions. All they have to do is tell someone they are not interested instead of ignoring and wasting people's time. Overall the interview process was very easy just a video recording process online and then two interviews after.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MarketSource (Alpharetta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Received a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was really basic. And an overview of past experiences and resume explained. After phone interview, I did a video interview. I did well and moved on to a face to face in Alpharetta. Was told I did well and was being considered for two positions. Almost a month later, no follow up. Emails and messages to hiring manager and the person who set everything up initially, ignored. Wasted my time. Dont waste yours. Very unprofessionally ran.
