I interviewed with a recruiter, then interviewed with the local manager via skype. Very simple. I wasn't supposed to get the job because I don't have a smart phone, but I have a lot of great experience and have proven my value. It was very easy.
In fact, I applied for another job, but it didn't fit my availability so they found something else for me.

Respond to employment then their in house recruiters contact you, screen, then video interview, then Regional Manager phone interview then hire, then schedule 14 hours online and class room paid training, then you are in the field work a 24 hour week.

Their data entry in the field is overwhelming! Followup with customers setup and brekdown of selling kiosks and oh yeah clock out before you complete daily data uploads and phone ins!
