Simple, easy interview around Marketstars core values. Heavy interest in past experiences that are relevant and adaptability. Prefers relative experience around tech and CRM use. They are heavy salesforce users.

Had the initial screening call. Was pleasant, professional and excellent throughout until the end. At the end the interviewer said I was through to the next round and to await a call from the hiring manager within the week (screening was done on Monday) before explaining the process and steps, salary and notice period. I found out after mailing the following week that they had moved on with another candidate. Extremely unprofessional and disheartening to say I had progressed and to have never had the chance. Will never apply for a position with Marketstar if this is how they conduct the hiring. Their client (a market leading CRM company) should be made aware that they are associated with this process.
