How would you manage a situation with a difficult customer?

Interview
I applied online got a call back the same day to schedule an interview. The interview was 45 minutes consisted of two stages first one was a practical one you dress 3 mannequins and then they take you to the shop floor and ask you to spot mistakes you see then they ask you about your experience and the normal interview questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Very casual, typical interview questions with a creative task at the end where you had to sort an outfit based off the customer profile given. Easy if you enjoy styling/getting to be creative.
