Interview
I applied for the role with a cv and cover letter , got a call back a couple of days later inviting me for an interview. The interview lasted approx an hour 20 and was quite fun. Started off with basic generic questions then had a 1 hour styling activity where you have to style 3 outfits and a mannequin based around a story of your choice and explain your reasons after.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Manchester, England) in May 2017
Interview
Interview split into three parts, the first part was to head out on to the shop floor and put together three full outfits and then talk about them. Second part was a floor walk talking about various displays, the third part was an actually one to one interview about me adn my experience.
