As what most have mentioned, the interviewers used STAR technique.
I wish they were more flexible instead of using cookie cutter questions. I applied for back office position with no customer interaction on day to day basis, but a lot of the questions were more suitable for positions with customer interactions and not related at all to the position that I applied for.
During the interview, one of the interviewer kept on asking me if I would resign should my old company wants me back.
The interview was done during pandemic and I was quite surprised that the interviews were done face to face instead of online.
Had to wait for more than a month to receive the computer generated rejection email.

First they call to check general info and to set an interview date, after that I got interview by the HR officer an then a nother interview with the rooms division manager. Very professional and clear.
