Conducted via the chat function of a video conferencing platform - definitely the weirdest interview experience I've had. Every response from HR was copied and pasted. I was told ahead of time that they were interviewing multiple candidates at once, but they were very clearly bulk interviewing. Very clinical, no human interaction. Long breaks between questions as I'm sure they were going through the other candidates.

The interview was fairly straight forward. It was one phone interview. I was asked about my level of expertise with Cerner. I was also asked several EMR module related questions to confirm my knowledge. She asked several questions about my background and why I wanted the position. Whole thing lasted 8 Minutes.
