I applied in-person. I interviewed at MassMutual (Springfield, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
It wasn’t too bad. It was quick because they had another class coming in and so we’re very methodical. The job itself was great during training but when you got out on the floor, you were tethered to the phone and software told you when to take breaks.
It was relatively easy. The interview process was in 3 parts. First a short interview with filmed answers, then a phone interview then In person. They asked your typical interview questions. It was not too difficult.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MassMutual (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a three round interview process. First is an online mini interview where you answer some questions then you get a phone interview, if you pass the phone interview you get a panel video interview with about 2-3 interviewers. It was a very professional and nice interview experience. Just try your best and answer the questions thoughtfully.
