Fairly standard screening call with HR. After screening they told me they had filled the role internally. A month later I'm asked to interview on less than 24 hours notice. When I respond to the request the HR person has left the company.
After quite a bit of chasing I get in touch with the hiring manager. We have a lengthy talk about the role and my qualifications. Then....ghosted.
If Materion can't bother to do basic courtesy in an interview what is working there like?
