I applied online. I interviewed at Maven Clinic in Feb 2019
Interview
I was reached out to fairly quickly be an HR rep to set up a phone screen with her boss. A few days later, I received the call on schedule. At first the interview was going fairly normal, however, maven is a small company, therefor I had a lot of business related questions, which clearly made the interviewer rather annoyed. The things they asked me were extremely basic so maybe I should have stuck to basic questions as well. Maybe, 3 minutes after the call I received a rejection email. Which was expected as the interviewer showed clear signs of disinterest and annoyance after asking a lot of business related questions. I think Maven has a great service, but needs better interviewers.

Interview
I applied online and a recruiter reached out a few days later to schedule meetings with me and the Maven team.
Overall, the timeline was quick but similar to other reviews, I experienced an unresponsive recruiter. Ideally, would appreciate if the recruiting team can close the loop versus being ghosted.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Maven Clinic in Sep 2022
Interview
Was connected directly to a VP. Had a rushed, 15-minute interview. Was told in various forms there was a lot happening/lots of roles being filled but that I'd definitely be hearing back/etc etc etc. I followed up 4-times. Totally ghosted. I think this company has a great mission so really put myself out there. To just leave a candidate hanging entirely is a really disrespectful way to treat anyone.
There were several days of interviewing. Everyone was very nice and professional. One of the interviewers kept having to stop due to small children entering the room. Some of the questions from some of the staff was unusual for an interview. But overall it went well.
