phone call, assessment and the meeting with three coworkers in a round robin fashion. first is a manager then a recruiter and employees already on their roles. it's about 30-1 hr each interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Maven Clinic (New York, NY)
Interview
Maven Clinic does not have a traditional HR interview system in place, given that it's a startup since 2014. The hiring manager will contact you directly, speak with you for 30 minutes, request for a case study to be completed within 72 hours, and invite you to their office to meet with 3 other team members. Overall, it was a difficult interview since one hiring manager asks you consecutive questions, one after the other. Other interviewers were normal and interesting to let you know more about the company and what each team member does. However, one interviewer really gets into minute details where the questions feel like a fire-hose down your throat. It should be a welcoming interview experience but this was not the case.
