Applied to RN position on a Friday via Indeed, called on Monday to schedule phone interview for a few days later. Phone interview was approx. 45 mins with a recruiter type employee and then an additional 45-60 mins talking to a Maxim RN, so they were not on the same call. During the interviews, they set a time to call me back with their decision .

the interview process is really quick. It took 2 days to complete the process, and then I had to go their website filled out so many forms, took three tests. After finishing these thing, recruiter called me and set up an orientation. I need to finish the online modules and pass the test before starting to work.
