I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in Nov 2012

Interview

Applied online for the job. The human resources contacted me to set up an in-person interview. The interview lasted for 1 hour and included the hiring manager and some other people in the division. The interview was professional and cordial (non-confrontational). Everyone in the panel was nice and welcome my answers.
