I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at McKee Foods (Collegedale, TN) in May 2019
Interview
I was sent through four rounds of interviews each growing in difficulty and with higher level managers. The questions were highly involved and referred to STAR style questions. The interviewers were very kind. I was required to take an IQ test, drug test, and background check. There was also a phone screening at the beginning of the process. Overall from application to hiring it took over two months.
