I was contacted by McKesson’s Talent Acquisition team for a role and completed three rounds of interviews. The TA team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. One of the hiring manager’s colleagues was also very welcoming and made the conversation enjoyable.
However, my experience with the hiring manager was less positive. I was ultimately rejected without receiving any meaningful feedback or explanation. Approximately five or six months later, the TA team contacted me again about the same position with the same hiring manager. This was confusing, since I had already completed the full interview process and had been rejected by that manager.
Overall, I had a very positive impression of the Talent Acquisition team and the other interviewer, but the repeated outreach and the hiring manager’s approach made the overall experience feel disorganized and disappointing.
