The interview was thorough, investigative and interactive. They did their homework for a preliminary variables, vetting. The put tools and resources out to learn about the candidate. I appreciated the tenacity and personable experience of my personal interviewer. They wanted to know about my ability to communicate and present ideas in a small group setting and a larger group setting.
