I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at McKinstry (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Pretty basic phone interview to determine qualifications. Had group interview with energy group at headquarters in Seattle and was mostly a description of the position, some mild Q and A, with some anecdotal stories of past experiences thrown in. More of a personality fit type of interview.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at McKinstry (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Long interview process with 4 total interviews. Took 3 weeks from my last interview for me to hear back about their decision. There was 1 phone screen with HR, 1 with the hiring manager, and then 2 panel interviews with potential coworkers or other managers in the company
Had a phone screen in the first round, virtual meeting with the team manager in the second round, and virtual meeting with the engineering team in the third and final round. Interview was very laid back and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and easy to talk to.
