Interview
First, there was a recruiter that called to do an initial "screening" probably to weed out any unqualified candidates. Next, the recruiter calls you to schedule an interview with the hiring manager if they think you may be a fit for the company. At the first interview, you sit in a 1-on-1 with the manager, and ask a serious of "robotic" questions that are read off of a sheet of paper. I was then emailed by the recruiter to set up a second interview, but had declined due to another job offering.
