I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mechanics Bank in Apr 2015
Interview
The hiring process was very organized and easy. I applied on a Thursday and got a call back on a Tuesday for a interview on Friday. The lady who interviews me was very professional yet made it very comfortable for me to be myself. After that, I got a call back a week later offering me the job. And I started a week after accepting! This by far was the easiest interview process I've ever encountered.
