Medallia Customer Solution Manager interview questions

Round 1: HR screen with Recruiting Analyst Round 2: Senior Analyst, Client Services Round 3: Forecasting/Product Description Case with 30min Q&A with Senior Analyst on case Round 4: 2 x Senior Manager, Customer Solutions; 1 x People & Culture Manager Round 5: Senior Manager, Customer Solution (Hiring Manager) Overall, I had a great interview experience with Medallia, despite not receiving an offer. The recruiter handling my interviews was very warm and exceptionally responsive. I felt the recruiter was my insider at Medallia, giving me helpful advice throughout the process and personal insight into each of my interviewers. My other interviewers were smart and genuinely excited about Medallia - their enthusiasm was contagious. However, for a business that is built on feedback, I found it incongruous that Medallia does not provide feedback to candidates. I understand there are potential legal issues with providing feedback, but this discontinuity left a slight bitterness to an otherwise exemplary interview experience.

They scheduled a phone interview to start with, which took place after 3 or 4 reschedules. The job description was sent to me via email. The interviewer did not look at my resume and started with routine template questions. It was difficult to understand at time what she wants to find out, tried my best to walk her through. But I guess she put herself on mute after reading the questions and unmute after i finish and move to next questions. There weren't any leading questions to drill into roles and responsibilities. Some questions were not justified, like 1. what would I do if when I take up this job ?, 2. Scenario specific to their product, it just happened that I was familiar with the product but given that I had no discussion regarding the roles and responsibility and interviewer did not explain to me what is the job for .. those specific questions are not right was to judge the candidate. Going through all other reviews, I am not surprise that I did not hear from them since then. The recruiting coordinator sent me send me frequent emails to reschedule every week ( 3 times) , hard to imagine he did not care to provide the feedback either way.
