I was contacted by the recruiter via LinkedIn. Had a brief chat with him about how fast the company was growing. He emphasized the equity available, and how fast everything was growing. I looked into the company more but he never followed up with me. If I wasn't happy in my current position I would have followed up again, but it didn't seem worthwhile. The position is currently available so maybe he has plenty of candidates to choose from.
