There were three interviewers, and each interview lasted 45 minutes. Each of the interviews seemed to focus on slightly different areas: the first interview focused on understanding of technology and included a puzzle. The second interview asked many scenario-type questions, such as "What would you do in XYZ situation?" and "How would you respond to XYZ in a work setting". These questions were meant to test the interviewee's comfort with dealing with clients and ability to generate new ideas. The final interview was more friendly and given to provide the applicant a chance to ask questions about the company. Overall, it seemed like work culture was very collegial and friendly.
