I was recruited by Medallia to interview for an open position. I had an initial screening and a follow up interview--both of which I perceived of as having gone extremely well. Then there was a breakdown in follow-up, and I reached out to remove myself from consideration. They reached out to me not vice-versa and I don't need the b.s. I am too skilled and my time is too valuable for the disrespect. Don't need them.
