Interview
I was contacted the day after I applied directly from their website. I was asked to provide feedback on availability; so I did. The next day the recruiter sent me an email to confirm the time for a phone screen. Problem was, the email was addressed to someone else - not me (mind you, this part of the email thread from previous correspondences). Not a big deal but shows lack of care and attention to detail.
I felt the phone screen was more about the company rather than the role itself. I honestly don't even think the recruiter looked at my resume or had it available. I could tell after about 10 minutes that it was a wrap but continued to answer the questions the best I could without compromising my experience to stroke this company's ego.
first I had a recruitment screener, then I had a team member interview. easy process for both. typical questions. nothing out of the ordinary. if you're interviewing for an analyst job, I wouldn't worry bout the process being too difficult.

Was head-hunted by company. Interview was fairly casual with the standard questions asked.
2 separate interviewers - analyst & manager. I thought it all went well and they both seemed happy with me so I was a little surprised when the next day I was contacted by their hr dept saying they wouldn't be taking my candidature any further. No other feedback whatsoever was given.
