The interview process was pretty straightforward. The HR manager and various personnel from different departments met with me in a conference room. They went around the room describing their positions and then left an open floor to ask questions. I was fairly well-qualified for this role and was told I would hear from them soon. After no reply for a short time, I reached out to the HR manager asking about an update. I heard no reply and have since been ghosted. I haven't had this level of an unprofessional encounter before, especially after an in-person interview. I can understand having too many online applications to sort through, but following through after phone and in-person interviews is a must for any company that respects their employees and potential employees.
