Medcor Medical Clinic Manager/Administrator interview questions

I was on the phone from out of state. The hiring manager (director for my region) bad mouthed the former manager and current client. He had more negative things to say about the situation than positives. He promised me a salary that he didn't deliver. I wasn't reimbursed for relocation expenses. He just left the most negative feel about the entire situation but I knew someone who worked here and took the job anyway. Apparently the person who had given proper notice before leaving before me didn't alert him to start looking in time. He offered her cash to stay (he told me this) and she refused. So the office I'm in was empty for 4-5 weeks before I got here.
